Josh Bayne and Joshua Murnane (the two Josh's) met in a small gourmet food company a few years ago. They found in each other a shared passion for slow cooked natural food using local products and a more traditional approach to ingredients. With over 20 years combined experience in the food industry they like to let the pasta do the talking.

The Josh's share a passionate vision for their business:
