Thank you for choosing Wilsons Fruit and Vegetables home delivery service. Please read our guidelines below before placing your order.
Along with our delivery service we also offer a click and collect service Monday - Friday.
Orders must be in by 9pm the day before delivery providing there are still delivery spots left.

Please be aware that the produce in the seasonal boxes can change without notice depending on market availability.

Free Delivery for all orders over $50 to the below area's. This applies to home delivery orders only.

Thursday:
Ballarat* & Buninyong, Napoleons, Enfield.
Friday:
Ballarat*, Miners Rest & Creswick, Newlyn, Blampied.

*Areas outside of this to be discussed with Wilsons staff member.
Contactless Deliveries:
Due to the level of risk to our staff, customers including hospitals, cafes and restaurants there will be no face to face contact and our delivery drivers will be following social distancing guidelines as stated by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.
Returns:
Due to health and safety of our customers and staff there is a no returns policy on over orders or ordering of wrong product.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
When you have signed up to our online Fresho System, it asks you to add your email address, you will get an email confirmation once your order has been placed to confirm that we have received it.
ARE THERE ANY PICKING OR DELIVERY FEES?
On orders over $50, there are no picking or delivery fees on our standard runs (please see the delivery runs above to see if you fall into our standard section). If you are picking up your order, you will not incur any picking fee no matter the size of order.
WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?
You will get charged on the day of delivery. This is just in case in the odd circumstance that we cannot access something that you have ordered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME?
Don’t worry if you’re not home. Our delivery drivers will ensure your goods are placed in a safe and secure place on your property.
WHAT TIMES SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
We intend to get your delivery to you between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday. If you need your order by a specific time though , please don’t hesitate to add that into the “Additional Notes” section and we will endeavour to get you order to you by that time or within that time frame.
HOW MUCH PRODUCT CAN I PURCHASE?
You can purchase as much or as little as you like. Keep in mind though, if your order is over $50 you will get the bonus of free delivery
WHAT ELSE CAN I BUY?
We have a wide range of gourmet goods as well as our famous fruit and vegetables. You can choose from our Taste Ballarat and Wilsons freshly made meals, our meats and cheeses from our deli, coffee beans, confectionary, nuts and trail mixes, sourdough loaves of bread, Inglenook Milk and so much more!
WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T FIND SOMETHING?
If you can’t find something that you know we have in store or think you might like to try, please pop a note in the “additional notes” section once you reach the checkout page and our team will be able to add this to your order.
I DON’T HAVE TIME TO READ THROUGH ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS, CAN I PURCHASE A GENERIC FRUIT OR VEGETABLE BOX?
Yes! We have plenty of pre-set fruit and vegetable boxes as well as our essential boxes. You can find these boxes and what’s in them in our online ordering system "Fresho".
